UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE CEREMONIES

Commencement 2025 celebrations continued Friday, with more than 3,000 undergraduates earning their bachelor’s degrees from the University of Miami

“Swagger! We invented it here. To have it, you have to embrace your authentic self—all that is unique and quirky and special about you. Swagger is what gives you your style. And it is what will make people trust you and want to work with you.”

“I always say that UM has taught me about the importance of leaving a space better than you found it. However, I can’t seem to think about how it’s also the other way around. We’re all leaving campus as better people than when starting our undergraduate journey.”

“It was even better than I imagined! This is such a big accomplishment, since UM has been my dream school since the 9th grade when I took a tour and knew this is where I wanted to come for college.”

Nearly 1,250 University of Miami students earned master’s and doctoral degrees on Thursday in two ceremonies that expounded on the value of research, scholarship, and helping others.

SCHOOL OF LAW CEREMONY

In a spirited celebration marking the pinnacle of its centennial festivities, the University of Miami School of Law awarded over 400 law degrees on a perfect South Florida Saturday morning.
