From career to curtain: one nontraditional student’s theatrical pursuit

For nearly two decades, Irelis Milhet has held various roles at the University of Miami. As a result, both she and her husband, Hector Montoto, are eligible for the University’s tuition remission, which covers certain costs for eligible employees and their dependents who wish to pursue degrees. This is the inspiring video essay of Montoto’s journey from hospital room to stage as he pursues a B.A. in Theatrical Arts.
